Abstrak
Pandemi Covid-19 membuat penyelenggaraan haji ditiadakan bahkan pendaftaran ibadah haji juga mengalami penurunan. Hal ini juga berdampak pada BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Sepanjang yaitu menurunnya jumlah nasabah tabungan haji. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan produk tabungan haji dan hambatan dalam penerapan strategi pengembangan produk tabungan haji. Penelitian ini merupakan strategi pengembangan produk tabungan haji. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah strategi pengembangan produk tabungan haji pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Sepanjang dengan menggunakan strategi sebagai berikut: 1) Pemasaran merupakan suatu kegiatan yang kompleks dalam upaya menyampaikan informasi produk atau jasa, menawarkan suatu negosiasi. , pendistribusian produk kepada konsumen melalui promosi dan penjualan. 2) Penelitian defolopment merupakan penelitian terhadap produk yang sudah ada untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut agar mempunyai tingkat kegunaan yang lebih tinggi dan disukai konsumen.
